Current estimates of the secondary attack rate of H1N1 range from 22% to 33%.” So far it is not (with over 1,000 U.S. deaths) as lethal as seasonal flu general (which averages 37,000 per year).

In other words, is the H1N1 flu in 2009 any worse than any other years, or is it just hype?
