Asian Pacific Visual Artists Reception Coming Up at Wing Luke

MIX IT UP AGAIN! will be held on Friday, September 10, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., in the Community Hall at the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience (719 South King Street). It’s the second annual gathering, and chance to network with Asian Pacific American artists, curators, and other arts professionals.

Visitors can view the current exhibitions, “Cultural Transcendence” and “A Refugee’s Journey of Survival and Hope,” and learn about programs and opportunities at The Wing and other local organizations. It’s $10 for individuals, $7 for members, or you can receive a free admission with purchase of new membership (if you join as a member that evening, renew your membership, or purchase a gift membership for free admission to this and many other special events).

Admission for the event can be purchased in advance by calling 206-623-5124 x202. RSVP encouraged, but not required. If you RSVP by August 31, you’ll receive a free Wing Luke Museum water bottle.



Note to artists: It’s an additional $5 to display promotional or collateral materials. You may display a maximum of two different pieces of collateral on the resource table. Please bring collateral materials to the Museum between 5 and 5:30 p.m., and collect your remaining materials at the end of the program.
