Latvian Cultural Center Holiday Bazaar, November 13 and 14, featuring ethnic foods, hot meals, jewelry, crystal, weavings, and more. Great for all ages. Hours : Sat. 10am to 4pm. Sun. Noon to 4pm. The center is located at 11710 3RD AVE NE, Seattle, just north of Northgate.
