Northwest author and Seattle police captain Neil Low will meet book enthusiasts and sign copies of his latest thriller, Unreasonable Persuasion, at Borders Books, Downtown Seattle, 1501 4th Ave (between Pike and Pine/across from Westlake Park), Thursday, December 2nd, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
