Currently the commander of the Seattle Police Department’s Metro/Special Response Section, Captain Low has been with the SPD for over 40 years. Throughout his career, he has commanded a variety of areas including Homicide and Violent Crimes, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, Internal Affairs, and Advanced Training. Low began his writing career when he returned to the University of Washington’s Bothell campus to complete his college degree.
