It looks like a pay-to-play operation, a la the Top Steakhouses in America ads that run in airline magazines. After all, can Wasabi Japanese Restaurant in Orange, Connecticut really be one of the top 100 Chinese restaurants in America? Or how about Meteor Buffet in Huntsville, Alabama?”

But, at the same time, do you think Wasabi Japanese Restaurant in Orange, CT could afford to pay to be on a list? =)
