Servicers/trustees like Deutsche Bank are selling them to hedge-funds and they don't have the required paperwork to do so. If these places are than sold on the market and the real owners come calling , your left on the streets with no recourse.Your home is gone, and so is your money. This is in its beginning stages but quickly coming to light. If the SEC doesn't step in to stop this soon, we will see a bigger mess than what we have now. Unfortunately they won’t.
