If the bus driver or bus riders doesn't make a report it never happened. Some of the bus routes have the just the usual drunks/druggies and rowdy people on them so they hardly ever get written up, it is considered "normal" for the route. I gave up bus riding years ago after drunks sitting in their own urine/filth, loud and obnoxious kids pretending to be thugs, the obviously crazy person being let on the bus, and the various drug deals and people shooting up.
