		<description><![CDATA[I find ACT to be pretty forthcoming about where they stand, financially--but they&#039;ve also had a near-death experience and are trying to win back trust. There are two ends of the spectrum here: one end is being transparent within reason about the real challenges you face, the other is &quot;keeping up appearances&quot; contrary to reality. I expect people to put the best spin on developments, but there&#039;s a point at which that can actually degrade trust.]]></description>
