The Northern Lights Inspire the Sounds of “Space Weather Listening Booth”

Last November, Seattle composer Nat Evans found himself in the frigid cold of Fairbanks, Alaska, mesmerized by the glowing green light that filled the sky. This encounter with the aurora borealis inspired Evans and fellow composer John Teske to create “Space Weather Listening Booth,” a sound installation that premieres on March 17 at Hollow Earth Radio’s Magma Festival.
