A Mozart Birthday Toast @ Town Hall

| What: | "First-class Mozartean" Byron Schenkman and Friends perform solo and chamber works in honor of Amadeus, Amadeus, oh oh Amadeus. (Falco, you're missed.) No less a critical ear than the New York Times has pronounced Byron's playing as "sparkling" and "elegant." With him will be violinist James Garlick; violist Mara Gearman; cellist Benjamin Wolff; and pianist Rachel Matthews. Program: Violin Sonata in C, K. 296; Variations on a theme of Salieri; and the Piano Quartet in E-flat, K. 493. Tickets include a sparkling beverage, chocolates, and a chance to win prizes (including Schenkman’s not-yet-released CD of Mozart piano trios).
